Etiquette & Booking Policy

To ensure a positive and effective experience for everyone, please familiarize yourself with our class guidelines.

Class Etiquette

  • Arrive Early: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class starts to set up your space and equipment. Late entry may not be permitted to avoid disrupting the class.
  • Clean Your Space: After class, please wipe down and return all equipment to its designated storage area. Keeping our studio clean is a collective effort.
  • Focus on Form: Listen to your body and the instructor's cues. It's better to perform an exercise with proper form than to lift heavier weight with poor technique.

Booking & Cancellation

  • Advance Booking: You can book your spot in any class up to 7 days in advance through our app or website. Classes fill up, so we recommend booking early.
  • Cancellation Window: If you can't make it, please cancel your booking at least 2 hours before the class starts. This allows us to offer your spot to a member on the waitlist.
  • Waitlist Policy: If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. You will be automatically notified via email or app notification if a spot opens up.
