1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our facility and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services. These terms apply to all members, guests, and visitors.

2. Membership and Access

Your membership grants you access to IronPulse Gym facilities and group classes as specified in your membership agreement. Memberships are non-transferable. You must present your membership identification upon entry. Guests must sign a waiver and may be subject to a guest fee.

3. Code of Conduct

All individuals within the facility are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Reracking weights and returning equipment to its proper location after use.
• Wiping down equipment with the provided disinfectant wipes after use.
• Respecting other members' space and workouts.
• Adhering to proper gym etiquette and refraining from disruptive behavior.

Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in the suspension or termination of your membership without a refund.

4. Liability Waiver

You acknowledge that physical exercise and the use of fitness equipment carry inherent risks of injury. By using our facilities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation. You agree to waive any and all claims against IronPulse Gym, its owners, employees, and agents for any injury, loss, or damage you may sustain.

5. Cancellation and Billing

Membership billing cycles and cancellation policies are detailed in your membership agreement. For month-to-month memberships, a 30-day written notice is required for cancellation. For annual memberships, terms regarding early termination and freezing are specified in your contract.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement of the modified Terms.
